In these Terms and Conditions, “Seller” refers to Denat Lahi, the individual or entity offering goods for sale on this website. “Purchaser” refers to you, the individual or entity placing an order and purchasing goods from the Seller. Together, the Seller and Purchaser are referred to as the “Parties.

2. Order and Purchase Agreement

All orders placed through the online store at www.denatlahi.com are binding. By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that he/she is familiar and has carefully read with the terms and conditions of sale, including the terms and conditions of purchase, as well as the purchase procedures and return/refund policy, and fully agrees with them.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Seller

  • Order Fulfillment: The Seller must complete all binding orders, ship the ordered goods, and deliver them to the Purchaser at the specified address.
  • Communication: The Seller is obligated to contact the Purchaser to inform them of any delays in shipping for various reasons or if an order is to be canceled.
  • Refund Policy: If the Seller fails to ship a product within two weeks of the order being placed, the Seller must offer a full refund. The Purchaser has the option to decline this refund and wait for an extended period for shipment, thereby completing the order.
  • Purchaser Removal: The Seller is obliged to remove the registered Purchaser from the database if requested by the Purchaser.
  • Order Refusal: The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if:
    • The Purchaser has not fulfilled the obligation to take possession of the goods or to pay the purchase price.
    • The Seller suspects possible fraud.
    • The Seller cannot verify the final destination of the goods.
    • A transaction has been charged back.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Purchaser

  • The Purchaser must provide a correct and complete postal address for the delivery of goods.
  • The Purchaser must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or make the purchase with adult supervision.
  • The Purchaser must provide a valid and active email address and phone number.
  • The Purchaser must accept the ordered goods and pay the full price. The total price will be displayed during the order processing and before binding confirmation.

6. Complaints

The Ordering Party has the right to submit complaints to the email address contact@denatlahi.com.

8. Shipping and Payment Agreement

8.1 Shipping:

  • 5-7 Days after payment. Contact me if there are delays over two weeks from payment.

8.2 Payment

  • The Purchaser must pay with Swish Payments, Card payment or by Cash.

9. Refund and Return Policy

Refunds and returns are handled as follows:

  • Refunds: Normal refunds are only available until the point of printing. If you change your mind and wish to request a refund, please contact me as soon as possible. If the image[s] has not been printed, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Following the point of printing, refunds will only be issued if the delivery failed, and no product has arrived at the buyer’s address or a designated pickup location near the buyer. This must be confirmed with the delivery company, which may vary for each order.
  • Refunds or replacements are available if you receive a damaged or defective product. To qualify for a full refund, you must provide photographic or video evidence of the damage. Please note that refund requests will only be accepted within one week of the product being picked up by the Purchaser. The product must be in a condition of significant damage; very minor scratches or damages incurred during delivery will not qualify for a refund.
  • Returns: Contact me to discuss returning an order, although I would much rather settle in other ways, such as sending a new product. The buyer is responsible for paying for the return delivery to me. I do not accept returns of damaged products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may keep the item.
  • If a product is not picked up from the designated pickup service location within the specified postal service time frame and is subsequently returned to the Seller, a refund will not be granted.

9.1. Production of Prints

The prints are produced, packaged, and shipped by Fujifilm Nordic AB.

4. Säljarens rättigheter och skyldigheter

Återbetalningspolicy: Om Säljaren inte skickar en produkt inom två veckor efter att beställningen gjorts, måste en full återbetalning erbjudas. Köparen har rätt att tacka nej till återbetalningen och istället vänta längre på leverans.
Borttagning av köpare: Säljaren är skyldig att ta bort registrerad köpare från databasen om köparen begär det.
Nekad beställning: Säljaren förbehåller sig rätten att neka en beställning om:
– Köparen inte har tagit emot varorna eller inte har betalat köpesumman.
– Säljaren misstänker bedrägeri.
– Säljaren inte kan verifiera slutdestinationen för varorna.
– En transaktion har återkallats.

5. Köparens rättigheter och skyldigheter

Köparen måste ange en korrekt och fullständig postadress för leverans.
Köparen måste vara minst 18 år gammal för att göra ett köp, eller göra köpet med en vuxen.
Köparen måste ange en giltig och aktiv e-postadress och telefonnummer.
Köparen måste ta emot beställda varor och betala hela priset. Totalpriset visas under beställningsprocessen och innan bindande bekräftelse.

6. Reklamationer

Beställaren har rätt att skicka reklamationer till e-postadressen kontakta@denatlahi.com.

8. Frakt- och betalningsvillkor

8.1 Frakt:
5–7 dagar efter betalning. Kontakta mig om leveransen dröjer mer än två veckor efter betalning.

8.2 Betalning:
Köparen måste betala med Swish, kortbetalning eller kontant betalning.

9. Återbetalning och returer

Återbetalningar hanteras enligt följande:

Återbetalningar: Normala återbetalningar är endast möjliga fram till tryckstart. Om du ångrar dig, kontakta mig så snart som möjligt. Har bilden/bilderna inte tryckts, är du berättigad till full återbetalning.
Efter att trycket har påbörjats ges återbetalning endast om leveransen misslyckats och ingen produkt kommit fram till köparens adress eller ett närliggande utlämningsställe. Detta måste bekräftas med leveransbolaget, vilket kan variera beroende på beställning.

Återbetalning eller ersättningsprodukt ges om du mottagit en skadad eller defekt produkt. För att ha rätt till full återbetalning måste du tillhandahålla foto- eller videobevis på skadan. Observera att begäran om återbetalning endast godkänns inom en vecka efter att produkten hämtats ut av köparen. Produkten måste vara väsentligt skadad; mycket små repor eller transportskador godkänns inte för återbetalning.
Retur: Kontakta mig för att diskutera en retur, även om jag helst löser det på andra sätt, till exempel genom att skicka en ny vara. Köparen står för returfrakten till mig. Jag godkänner inte returer av skadade produkter. Om du får en skadad eller defekt vara får du behålla den.

Printsen produceras, packas och skickas av Fujifilm Nordic AB.
